Available for all dogs who have completed their Evaluation Day or Retest Day.

Morning driving services are performed as early as possible each day, at the availability of the driver, depending on our daily operations and the scheduled driving route. If you need morning driving services, you must schedule them by 6:30am on weekdays and by 8:30am on weekends. If you cannot speak to a receptionist, leave a voicemail or email us at info@dogdayssandiego.com. If you need last minute driving services in the morning, but it is after the cut-off time time, you must speak to a receptionist to see if there is availability.

Evening driving services are performed in the afternoons as early as 3:30pm at the availability of the driver, depending on our daily operations and the scheduled driving route. If you need evening driving services, you must schedule them by 3pm on both weekdays and weekends. If you cannot speak to a receptionist, leave a voicemail or email us at info@dogdayssandiego.com. If you need last minute driving services in the evening, but it is after the cut-off time, you must speak to a receptionist to see if there is availability.

Driving services may be performed at other times in the day, but must be scheduled at least a day in advance.

Reminders!

Drivers can only pickup and deliver dogs and dog belongings. They cannot make reservations, take payment, or deliver messages. Their responsibility is to safely pick-up and deliver dogs and their belongings only.

If you feel you may need a last-minute pick-up/drop-off one day in the future, it’s a good idea plan for it now and get all the necessary information to us so that we can be ready in case of emergency.

Dog Days can only provide driving services within a 5 mile radius of our location at 2926 Garnet Ave, San Diego, CA 92109.

If drivers are unable to access the residence where dog is to be picked up or dropped off from by following instructions from the owner, driver will only be able to wait a maximum of 5 minutes before departing.  Client will be charged the full cost of driving service in the event that service was unable to be completed after 5 minutes. When delivering dogs to homes where there are no humans present, we reserve the right to maintain possession of the key or other means of entry, in case we must re-enter to care for the dog if the owner’s plans go awry and they are unable to return as planned.
